Returns the base address in \p *pbase and size in \p *psize of the allocation by ::cuMemAlloc() or ::cuMemAllocPitch() that contains the input pointer \p dptr. Both parameters \p pbase and \p psize are optional. If one of them is NULL, it is ignored.
