Pipes provided; manager can attach StreamFwder / tail collection.

Inherited

Inherited from parent process (no capture).

ManagedByLauncher

Launcher manages logs internally (e.g. Docker log streaming). Spawner provides stderr_tail in ProcExitResult. Manager should not attach StreamFwder.
