ProcMesh
A mesh of processes.
ProcMeshRef
A reference to a ProcMesh, consisting of a set of ranked ProcRefs, arranged into a region. ProcMeshes named, uniquely identifying the ProcMesh from which the reference was derived.

A reference to a single hyperactor::Proc.
