Remote supervision actors.
Supervisor is the parent-side proxy. It supervises a Worker, starts
the configured liveness actor, forwards parent stop requests to the worker, and
re-raises worker-reported supervision events through Hyperactor’s ordinary
UnhandledSupervisionEvent path.
Worker is the worker-side container. It starts empty, accepts one child
actor, accepts one active remote supervision session, starts the worker-side
liveness actor, and reports child or liveness lifecycle events to the supervisor
session.
